What Components of Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen Need Regular Maintenance?

Ultrasonic vibrating screen is a kind of fine screening equipment. For such precious screening equipment, inappropriate operation and improper use will cause components damage in advance easily. Here we are listing some easy damaged components. Users should pay more attention in the process of operating, regular maintenance can better reduce the failure rate of the equipment.

1. The sealing ring. Ultrasonic vibrating screen will have wear and tear problem in the process of long-term operation, sealing ring is a kind of rubber product, when equipment runs, upper and lower screen frames will rub against each other, also easy to have phenomenon such as wear out, if you don't pay attention to equipment maintenance, untight sealing will occur easily and cause powder leakage phenomenon etc. So users must inspect the equipment before and during operation and replace serious wearing parts timely.

2. The Screen mesh cloth. Ultrasonic vibrating screen mesh cloth is glued on the net rack, such design also brings some inconvenience, if the frequency of adjustment is too high, or users don’t pay attention the feeding method during operation, the screen mesh is easy to get damaged. Once the screen mesh cloth is damaged, it is difficult to tighten since users don’t have tools to replace a new one, besides, there will have a series of problems such as abnormal trajectory , unsmooth discharging and incomplete screening etc. So users need to pay attention to excessive feeding and check the worn condition of screen mesh cloth. 

3. The ultrasonic transducer. Since the ultrasonic transducer is installed on the net rack, after using for a long time, ultrasonic transducer is easy to loose, during screening ,the material will enter into the transducer which will cause the components damage .Besides, if the material moisture contained in material is large, the moisture may enter into the transducer ,the components may burn out. So users should remove the material moisture before screening in order to avoid damage of components .Therefore inspection and maintenance of ultrasonic vibrating screen is a indispensability thing in daily work. Better equipment maintenance work can reduce the damage speed of components ,prolong the service life of ultrasonic vibrating screen effectively and reduce the loss that brought by the equipment failure.
