How to solve the problem about slipping of the vibration sieve bottom frame

In rotary vibrating screen, it has a good dust sealing system from cover till the bottom frame. It included small V seals, small V-shaped ring beam on top of the screen frame, sieve mesh rack, large U seals, large U-shaped beam ring, bottom frame small V seals, small V-beam ring, exciting body, vibration motor, shock absorber spring and bottom bracket components. 

The most critical rotating part is the exciter and the bottom frame. The emergence of a power generating vibration generated by the motor rotates in 360o. The constantly turn will wear the small V seal followed by small ring beam. This caused the materials on the mesh cannot be sieve effectively. The solution to the problems is shown as below:

1.Replace the small V seals to ensure the stability of the sealing.

2.Replace damaged bolts immediately and strengthen the bolts.

3.Install a small bearing lock and coated the hammer with rubber for one week to prevent loosening of the bearing.

4.The ring beam should be installed at higher point to prevent bolts from damage or loose.

5.When operate the machine, observe it for 15 minutes of normal operation to prevent loose of parts.
