Solution to solve the noise problem of Rotary Vibrating Screen

    Rotary Vibrating Screen use Primary and secondary net rack and equipment with bouncing ball. Clamps were not fully fit	Open and reinstallation clamps make they complete fit
Ball plate had installed slightly askew	Installed the ball palate rightly
Ball plate broken	Replace the ball plate
Engine body contacted with other hardware	Left about 10cm space
The screen didn’t place flat	Place the screen flatly or use the foundation bolt
Motor or actuator bearing failure	Replace the bearing
Other fasteners became looseness	Inspection all the fasteners regularly
