If the fine-grained content is large the productivity of sieve is high too. When the moisture is high, generally the screening efficiency will reduce. But the larger dimension of opening the less impact of moisture, so as for the high moisture wet material we usually use the method of increase the dimension of opening or wet screening to improve the screening process. If the silt content is high (> 8%), we should use wet screening or pre-washing the material.

2．The structure and characteristics of the screening surface

The larger effective screen surfaces the higher effective sieving area and productivity per unit.

The larger opening sizes the higher productivity and the higher screening efficiency.

3．Production condition

      If the loads outweigh the sieve support the screening efficiency can be inefficiency. The sieve peace rate largely rely on the mesh size and the general screening efficiency; the larger mesh size and lower screening efficiency the higher productivity. During the screening procedure we should feed the material equably, it’s very important.
