Exciter of linear vibrating screen drives the symmetrical eccentric blocks to operate in high speed. And it will cause abnormal operation that eccentric blocks are falling or not consistent. New eccentric block which is consistent with another one should be installed at the moment to make linear vibrating screen maintain balance in operation. If there is lack of lubricating grease in bearing or the grease cannot meet the requirement of linear vibrating screen, which will cause blocking in sealing device and bearing overheat, check lubrication system of machine immediately, and ensure the lubrication grease is sufficient and clean. Removing the bearing and making a thorough clean when blocking. Replacing seal rings and bearings in time when damaged, and making a adjustment of linear vibrating screen to re-start materials screening and classification.
