1. The rattling noise. Reason: trommel bolts loose, the solution: retighten bolts or other fasteners.
2. Trommel rotating in the wrong direction. Reason: The motor power cables wrong, solution: replace the two power cables in junction box.
3. The motor starts slow. Cause: The transport capacity over the allowable value; motor overload; the motor starting torque is not enough, the solution: re-adjust the delivery quantity.
4. Gearbox heating. Reason: lack of lubricant; ventilated cabinets ineffective, solution: add lubricant, check and adjust the heat dissipation of ventilation opening.
5. The motor heating. Cause: The motor cooling time is too short; motor work environment is greater than 40 degrees; motor overload; motor cable loose; motor star delta connection wrong. Solution: cleaning the motor heat sinks, check whether the fan impeller is working properly, ensure fluency of fresh air, reduce the load, fastening, rewiring after inspection.
6. There is excessive noise during the trammel work. Cause: Check whether the wheel or lubricant distribution in place, the solution: add lubricant, if the wheel badly worn, replace immediately.
7. Garbage can’t move forward in the production line. Cause: The trammel screen blockages, solution: clean up immediately.
8. Trommel can’t function properly; the motor can’t function properly. Reason: garbage clogging, solution: clean-up garbage clogged at the sieve promptly
9. The bearing heating. Cause: Check whether the bearing or lubricant distribution in place, solution: add lubricant, if bearing worn badly, replace it immediately.
