Criteria for Vibrating Screen of Rubber Powder Sieving

The rubber powder normally produced from recycling tires. This rubber powder can be used as rubber tile for sport stadiums, playgrounds, used in construction of road and etc. It is water proof. The rubber powder can be generated through some processing equipment. There are few sizes of rubber powder which are coarse size ≥0.425mm (40 mesh), medium size 0.425 mm – 0.180 mm (40 – 80mesh), fine size 0.180 – 0.075mm (80 – 200mesh). The size of vibrating screen for rubber powder needed to be save space, light weight and low vibration due to filter surface can be driven to vibrate. The amplitude needed must be small because the frequency of vibrating screen under normal circumstances is greater than 300 rpm. 

 

The sieving results needed to depends on the nature of the materials. However, same kinds of materials are sieved using different types of screening equipment able to produce different screening results. In order to increase the efficiency of screening mesh, it needed to customize according to the situation. In order to meet the requirement of the particles size, we can choose a larger mesh size which has larger effective screening area. The selection of appropriate mesh shape can aid in effective sieving of materials.

Before activate the rubber powder equipment, we need to check every parts whether it is installed appropriately. When there is no problem, activate the machine and listen whether loud noise than normal situation. If this situation happen, please check the direction of motor rotation whether it is consistent with the direction of the marked arrow on the equipment. It is important to let all the rubber powder been sieved before shut down the machine. The maintenance of the machine needed to focus on: 

1.Periodic adding the lubricate oil to the bearing and motor.

2.Adjust the tightness of the screw especially at grinding wheel.

3.If the machine operates in long hours, the machine needed to be cooled by adding cool water to the loop.
