The physical characteristics of screen materials
Physical characteristics of the materials include particle size, moisture content, silt content and particle shape etc.
When the fine content is larger the screen efficiency is also higher. Generally speaking, if the material moisture content is larger screen efficiency will reduced. However, the lager opening size the smaller moisture affects. In order to improve the screen procedure, we usually increase the mesh size or use wet sieving when we screen the high moisture content wet materials. High silt content (silt content more than 8%) should use wet sieving or pre-washing ore.
The structure and characteristics of the screening surface

Production condition
If the loads outweigh the sieve support the screening efficiency can be inefficiency. The sieve peace rate largely rely on the mesh size and the general screening efficiency; the larger mesh size and lower screening efficiency the higher productivity.
During the screening procedure we should feed the material equably, it’s very important.
Generally, we will by means of the testing to determine the inclination angle of the appropriate sieve. And then there are the amplitude and vibration min, which related to the structure of the sieve, to a certain extent, increasing vibration can improve the screening indicator.
