3.Thickness test of paint coating.
Adhere the coating thickness meter probe to the equipment surface,then the data is the coating thickness of this point.Since the equipment surface area is large,it should be tested with many areas, it also requires multiple measurements to take average.
4.Amplitude test of equipment
After equipment runs normally,adhere the amplitude measuring scale to the side wall of screen box.There are many different circles with different diameter,and the movement locus will become to ellipse due to vibration,however, circles’ movement locus is still a circle,it shows that this circle’s diameter is very approached to the equipment amplitude,therefore,the circle diameter is vibrating amplitude.
All tests above have their own standard data,when the testing data has big difference with standard data,we will debug repeatedly to ensure equipment with a optimum working condition.

Vibration screen sieve mesh is one of the main components of vibrating screen. If the sievemesh can not be chosen correctly, it will even affect the screening efficiency, when screening material is unqualified ( mesh is over sized), materials will accumulatedon the sieve badly (mesh is too small, material will accumulate on the sieve and lead to screen mesh damages). New dust removal method for vibrating screen

Most of the Dust removal method of supported type vibrating screen in our country is cloth bag dust removing technology, which includes cover dust catcher, pipelines, cloth bag dust collector, induced draft fan and chimney, etc. The advantage is high dust removal efficiency. However,the disadvantage is large investment, low dust collecting rate, easy blockage of horizontal pipeline, large pumping air volume, high operating cost, big occupied area of dust catcher,induced draft fan and chimney, besides, it needs to set up full-time operation& maintenance personneland the dust transport equipment.
In order to solve the above problem, we have researched a new resolution with high rate of dust removal system, low processing cost, long service life, less investment, small area coverage and short construction period.
The new dust removal method offers secondary dust removal for supported type vibrating screen.Primary dust removal equipment will fixed above the vibrating screen,collected dust will enter into vibrating screen; Secondary dust removal equipment will be placed near vibrating screen and remove dust by itself.
Primary dust removal: seal the supported type vibrating sieve surface and set a dust filter above it,set up an efficient filter bag to filter the air, clean air will be discharged through 3.0 kW fan, thus dust will enter into the vibrating screen through the bottom of the filter. Vibrating screen drives sieve surface vibration,while the dust filter is fixed, so one moveswhile the other one not, both connected by the pipe, the joint connection adopts rubber to reduce the vibration.
Secondary dust removal: Seal the supporting type vibrating screen and dust removal joint, leave a open mouth to connect the pipe for conveying the escaped dust into the secondary dust filter,set a high efficient dust filter bag to filter the dust, and then the clean air will be discharged through 3.0 kW fan, then the dust is discharged from the filter at the bottom of the tube and the valve.

1.Size of working area: rotary vibrating screen is circular, sieve surface area will effect of screening yield, so screening efficiency and yield can be improved by increasing the screening area. So the size of the field is one of the keys to the vibration screening.

What is the Helpful installation tips of vibrating feeders?

Vibrating feeder is generally used for evenly, regularly feeding, distributing bulk material in different production lines to guarantee the steady connecting between the upper and bottom equipment. When feeder model is small with little capacity, the drive device can be 2 sets vibrating moor; while the feeder model is large with heavy capacity, the driven device can be 2 sets motor and vibrating exciter. It will be selected according to the actual technical requirements. 
In addition, vibrating feeder can be designed to be seated type or hanging type according to the on-site working condition and installation space. 
When vibrating feeder is installed under the hopper or silo outlet, and there is no enough or suitable installation foundation for vibrating feeder, it can be hanged with hanging devices to save the installation space,which makes the equipment connecting more easier. 
If the customers require seated type,vibrating feeder should be installed on embedded foundation.
If the material size is very small,similar like powder, dust etc. The vibrating feeder can be enclosed with dust hole and connect the dust collector in system to protect the environment.

Difference between ultrasonic vibration sieve and ordinary rotary vibrating screen

Compared with rotary vibrating screen, ultrasonic vibration sieve is equipped with a ultrasonic generator, with self-cleaning function ,the mesh is not easy to block, it is no need to add bouncing balls and other anti blockage device. Ultrasonic vibrating screen is particularly suitable for screening fine powder and light weight material with mesh size larger than 300 mesh.

Ultrasonic screening system is composed of ultrasonic resonant power supply, oscillator and resonance ring. The ultrasonic resonant powder supply will generate longitudinal oscillating wave which will transmit to the resonance ring to produce a resonance, and then the vibration will be transmitted to the screen mesh evenly through the resonance ring. While material on the screen mesh does three dimensional vibration movement in the low-frequency, it will overlap the ultrasonic vibration which can prevent the mesh plug and improve the screening yield and screening quality.
The performance characteristics of ultrasonic vibrating screen: it can sieve the heavy, light, ultra-fine, strong adsorption powder (almost all of the powder is effective) that ordinary rotary vibrating screen can’t sieve. Compared with ordinary rotary vibrating screen, the material passing rate of ultrasonic vibrating screen will be increased by 50%-400%, the performance is as follows:
(1). Reduce screen mesh cleaning time;
(2). No pollution of powder that generated by bouncing ball and other auxiliary materials;
(3). Keep the screen mesh size, stable precision screening;
(4). Reduce the material stuck on screen mesh size;
(5). Reduce screening frequency.
