Compared with rotary vibrating screen, ultrasonic vibration sieve
is equipped with a ultrasonic generator, with self-cleaning function
,the mesh is not easy to block, it is no need to add bouncing balls and
other anti blockage device. Ultrasonic vibrating screen is particularly
suitable for screening fine powder and light weight material with mesh
size larger than 300 mesh.
Ultrasonic screening system is composed of ultrasonic resonant power
supply, oscillator and resonance ring. The ultrasonic resonant powder
supply will generate longitudinal oscillating wave which will transmit
to the resonance ring to produce a resonance, and then the vibration
will be transmitted to the screen mesh evenly through the resonance
ring. While material on the screen mesh does three dimensional vibration
movement in the low-frequency, it will overlap the ultrasonic vibration
which can prevent the mesh plug and improve the screening yield and
screening quality.
The performance characteristics of ultrasonic vibrating screen: it can sieve the heavy, light, ultra-fine, strong adsorption powder (almost all of the powder is effective) that ordinary rotary vibrating screen can’t sieve. Compared with ordinary rotary vibrating screen, the material passing rate of ultrasonic vibrating screen will be increased by 50%-400%, the performance is as follows:
(1). Reduce screen mesh cleaning time;
(2). No pollution of powder that generated by bouncing ball and other auxiliary materials;
(3). Keep the screen mesh size, stable precision screening;
(4). Reduce the material stuck on screen mesh size;
(5). Reduce screening frequency.
