After the circular vibrating screen production was completed,and there is an important step before delivery goods,that’s test running,and judge the equipment whether can work normally through equipment running condition,please see following test items:
1.Measuring rotary speed of principal shaft
The test principle is through infrared sensor scanning a fixed point on the shaft to confirm the rotary speed.Firstly,pasting the measured speed tags on rotor surface.then running the equipment,after the normal running，let the tachometer probe aims at one point on the tag movement locus,record the data,and it requires multiple measurements to take average.
2.Noise test of equipment running.
A good equipment should work without abnormal sound,after the equipment running normally,place the noise meter probe near the running parts of vibrating screen,record the data, it requires multiple measurements to take average.

Application & Development of Vibrating Screen in Food Industry

Vibrating screen used in food industry is a kind of high efficiency screening machinery for high precision fine powder and other materials , which is easy to operate, fully enclosed structure, suitable for granular, powder, mucus and other materials screening and filtering classification.

Vibration screen sieve mesh is one of the main components of vibrating screen. If the sievemesh can not be chosen correctly, it will even affect the screening efficiency, when screening material is unqualified ( mesh is over sized), materials will accumulatedon the sieve badly (mesh is too small, material will accumulate on the sieve and lead to screen mesh damages). Woven mesh: material commonly used forscreening equipment with smallmaterial density and capacity. The construction materials are stainless steel sieve mesh, low carbon wire mesh, galvanized wire mesh. According to the material particle size, density, volume, material characteristics ,please choose sieve mesh with different construction material, aperture, wire diameter.

Punched sieve mesh: the span life of punched mesh is related to the mesh thickness, different mesh sieve size should use different thickness. The advantage of punched mesh is that it can be fixed according to the material shape.

Welding sieve plate: mainly used for ore sieving, coal sieving, it is welded by steel plates.

Why shoudld we select bin above the conveying and screening equipment

No matter vibrating screen or belt conveyor, once they work with other corollary equipment, the joint parts are pretty crucial, the common one is hopper, it is not only because it can store material, but also can reduce the impact to screen mesh when feeding material, and increase the service life. In order to control the feeding rate of hopper uniformly, a electric or a manual gate valve can be added at the bottom of hopper, or a silo vibrator (we call it vibration hopper) to feed the material more uniform or vibratory feeder machine.
For example, one of our customers want a tilt screw conveyor, due to the small capacity, it needs to feed material to conveyor directly, we recommend placing a hopper on the screw conveyor in the purpose of storing material in order to ensure continuous working of screw conveyor and transmission efficiency of the screw conveyor.
During the use of conveying equipment, in order to improve the production efficiency of the conveying and screening equipment), it is necessary to put a hopper above the equipment. This will reduce the worker's labor intensity, the number of workers, the cost production line.
