How many types of vibration screen sieve mesh do you know?

Vibration screen sieve mesh is one of the main components of vibrating screen. If the sievemesh can not be chosen correctly, it will even affect the screening efficiency, when screening material is unqualified ( mesh is over sized), materials will accumulatedon the sieve badly (mesh is too small, material will accumulate on the sieve and lead to screen mesh damages). Here we’d like to introduce the different types of sieve meshed as below:
Woven mesh: material commonly used forscreening equipment with smallmaterial density and capacity. The construction materials are stainless steel sieve mesh, low carbon wire mesh, galvanized wire mesh. According to the material particle size, density, volume, material characteristics ,please choose sieve mesh with different construction material, aperture, wire diameter.
Punched sieve mesh: the span life of punched mesh is related to the mesh thickness, different mesh sieve size should use different thickness. The advantage of punched mesh is that it can be fixed according to the material shape.
Welding sieve plate: mainly used for ore sieving, coal sieving, it is welded by steel plates.

Do you know Circular Vibrating Screen damper?it’s a device which limits vibrating screen horizontal vibration.
May be you feel puzzled,is there any vibration in the horizontal direction?The answer is no In theory, but the practice has proved that it exists, the reasons are as follows:
(1) The distribution of material on the screen mesh is uneven. 
If the material is uneven,it can lead to the uneven force for screen box ,thus vibrating error appears.
(2) Installation error.
The Circular Vibrating Screen needs horizontal installation,but in the process of installation, the error will inevitably occur, resulting in a height of four supports occur small deviation, but the small deviation will be amplified by the vibration exciter, thus it will result in greater vibration deviation.
(3) the stress error of the spring.

What is the Helpful installation tips of vibrating feeders?

Vibrating feeder is generally used for evenly, regularly feeding, distributing bulk material in different production lines to guarantee the steady connecting between the upper and bottom equipment. When feeder model is small with little capacity, the drive device can be 2 sets vibrating moor; while the feeder model is large with heavy capacity, the driven device can be 2 sets motor and vibrating exciter. It will be selected according to the actual technical requirements. 
In addition, vibrating feeder can be designed to be seated type or hanging type according to the on-site working condition and installation space. 
When vibrating feeder is installed under the hopper or silo outlet, and there is no enough or suitable installation foundation for vibrating feeder, it can be hanged with hanging devices to save the installation space,which makes the equipment connecting more easier. 
If the customers require seated type,vibrating feeder should be installed on embedded foundation.
If the material size is very small,similar like powder, dust etc. The vibrating feeder can be enclosed with dust hole and connect the dust collector in system to protect the environment. 
If any special requirements, vibrating feeder can be customized to meet the special technical requirements.

Application of Dewatering Screen in Beneficiation Process of Potash Feldspar

Recently, most of manufacturers choose spiral classifier and pressure filter to dehydrate potash feldspar during dehydration process. But there are some disadvantages, spiral classifier cannot classify materials completely and pressure filter needs large investment. What’s more, if users adopt spiral classifier to deal with the separation of residue water during the production of potash feldspar, it will cause the finished materials containing too much water so that the materials cannot be dry heaping. It is found that if users adopt dewatering screen instead of spiral classifier, the water content of potash feldspar will be less than 15% after dewatering by dewatering screen and the materials can achieve dry heaping effect. Furthermore, it can increase recovery rate of finished products because the dewatering screen can elect fine sand which will lose caused by spiral classifier.

Potash Feldspar
 
There are two applications for dewatering screen used in beneficiation process of potash feldspar, one is used for classification of potash feldspar which is processed by ball mill, another is used for dewatering of potash feldspar products. In the traditional production process, it always uses pressure filter to deal with this kind of materials during the dewatering process of potash feldspar products. But this kind of production technical has large energy consumption, lower working efficiency and higher water content. While if users adopt dewatering screen to deal with potash feldspar, it can improve the production efficiency greatly, also can reduce energy consumption and floor space.
