Difference between ultrasonic vibration sieve and ordinary rotary vibrating screen

Compared with rotary vibrating screen, ultrasonic vibration sieve is equipped with a ultrasonic generator, with self-cleaning function ,the mesh is not easy to block, it is no need to add bouncing balls and other anti blockage device. Ultrasonic vibrating screen is particularly suitable for screening fine powder and light weight material with mesh size larger than 300 mesh.

 

Ultrasonic screening system is composed of ultrasonic resonant power supply, oscillator and resonance ring. The ultrasonic resonant powder supply will generate longitudinal oscillating wave which will transmit to the resonance ring to produce a resonance, and then the vibration will be transmitted to the screen mesh evenly through the resonance ring. While material on the screen mesh does three dimensional vibration movement in the low-frequency, it will overlap the ultrasonic vibration which can prevent the mesh plug and improve the screening yield and screening quality.
The performance characteristics of ultrasonic vibrating screen: it can sieve the heavy, light, ultra-fine, strong adsorption powder (almost all of the powder is effective) that ordinary rotary vibrating screen can’t sieve. Compared with ordinary rotary vibrating screen, the material passing rate of ultrasonic vibrating screen will be increased by 50%-400%, the performance is as follows:
(1). Reduce screen mesh cleaning time;
(2). No pollution of powder that generated by bouncing ball and other auxiliary materials;
(3). Keep the screen mesh size, stable precision screening;
(4). Reduce the material stuck on screen mesh size;
(5). Reduce screening frequency.

How to Make Vibrating Screen Look Clean without Stainless Steel?

Stainless steel vibrating screen will become matt if they are used for a long time, when screening materials with chemical reactions (such as corrosion) ,there would be a passivation film on the surface, it will exist steadily as a shape of the oxide in the nature. In other words, though stainless steel working conditions and oxidation are not the same, they will be oxidized in the end, this phenomenon is often called corrosion. The metal which is exposed in the corrosive environment, it will produce electro-chemical or chemical reaction on the surface of metal, even corrode. Corrosion resistance abilities of vibrating sieve passivation film are weak, due to stress caused by pitting corrosion reactions, it will generate small holes, coupled with the approach of chloridion, it will form a strong corrosive solution, which will accelerate the corrosion reaction rate, as well as the corrosion cracking inside the vibrating sieve, all of these will have a destructive effect on the surface of the stainless steel vibrating screen .
Therefore, stainless steel surface needs cleaning and maintenance punctually, especially in the corrosive environment to ensure its beautiful surface and extend the use life. It is necessary to pay more attention to not scratch the surface during cleaning, and please avoid cleaning the surface by using liquid bleaching composition or abrasives, steel wool and abrasive stuff, in order to clean up the washing liquid, please clean it with water again after finishing scrubbing the surface.
