Firstly, lubrication
Regular maintenance and overhaul are important means of extending the service life of the machine and ensuring the normal work, users should attach importance to it. For lubrication, users should pay attention to the following two points:
1.The machine adopts thin oil splash lubrication, the lubricant should be determined according to the use place, temperature conditions. General used oil is gear oil;
2.Make sure that the exciter in the thin oil is higher than the standard height (filling by joint bend), oil must be replaced every three to six months, when we change the oil, please use clean gasoline or kerosene to clean the oil tank, bearing raceway and gear surface. Secondly, we need to be aware of safety technology of the following points during use:
1. The machine operators should subject to security technology education;
2. Reinforce all the bolts to prevent the looseness in the operation process;
3. Often view the amplitude of the vibration motor, if it is unusual, immediately stop and repair.
4. When the vibrating feeder is running, it is forbidden to stand beside the machine, touch, adjust, clean or inspect the machine and so on;
5. Equipment should be grounded, wire should be reliably insulated, and packed in a snakeskin tube, we should often check whether the motor wiring wears and leaks of electricity.
