The Requirement of Linear Vibrating Screen in Pharmaceutical Industry

As we all know, pharmaceutical industry has strict requirement for hygiene of various equipment,so we must choose stainless steel 304 or 316 for linear vibrating screen. The contact material part can not appear stain and impurities ,the rubber accessories must reach medicine food hygiene standards as well.

Vibrating feeder installation commissioning and maintenance tips

1.Vibrating feeder is used for batching and quantitative feeding material to ensure uniform feeding stability,horizontal installation should be adopted to prevent self flowing, declined10 degree installation should be adopted if there is continuous feeding, declined 15 degree installation can be adopted for viscous material and large water content material.
2 .After the installation, 20mm level lateral clearance should be left for vibrating feeder, suspension device should adopt flexible joint.
3. Before non-load test, please fix all bolts, especially the anchor bolt of vibration motor tighten the bolts again after continuous operation for 3-5 hours.
4. Two vibration motor must be reverse rotation when test run to check the current and noise stability, if any abnormal conditions, please stop the feeder and solve it timely.
5 Motor bearings should be lubricated every two month, for high temperature season bearings should fill the lubricating oil every month.

Maize can not be sieved without vibrating screen

 Vibrating screen should be adopted in the beginning of the removal of impurities during the production of maize starch,in order to ensure a safe production of raw materials,so the removal of impurities is very necessary, maize raw materials contain a variety of impurities, dust, organic impurities, inorganic impurities. The general design will be 3 screen decks, the first deck screen surface with an aperturesize of 17-20mm hole, aimed to eliminate over sized impurity; second deck screen surface with an aperturesize of 12-15mm hole, used to remove impurities of medium size, third deck screen surface with an aperturesize of 2mm hole, used to remove minor impurities.
Advantages are high precision, large capacity, simple structure, low energy consumption, low noise, long service life, good sealing, no dust overflow in the screening process, and reduce the pollution of the dust, the screening efficiency is up to 98. It is very suitable for the screening and classification of powdery and granular materials, applicable to dry powder material chemical industry, food, medicine, metallurgy, plastics, glass, building materials, food, fertilizer, abrasives, ceramics etc.

Application of Dewatering Screen in Beneficiation Process of Potash Feldspar

Recently, most of manufacturers choose spiral classifier and pressure filter to dehydrate potash feldspar during dehydration process. But there are some disadvantages, spiral classifier cannot classify materials completely and pressure filter needs large investment. What’s more, if users adopt spiral classifier to deal with the separation of residue water during the production of potash feldspar, it will cause the finished materials containing too much water so that the materials cannot be dry heaping. It is found that if users adopt dewatering screen instead of spiral classifier, the water content of potash feldspar will be less than 15% after dewatering by dewatering screen and the materials can achieve dry heaping effect. Furthermore, it can increase recovery rate of finished products because the dewatering screen can elect fine sand which will lose caused by spiral classifier.

There are two applications for dewatering screen used in beneficiation process of potash feldspar, one is used for classification of potash feldspar which is processed by ball mill, another is used for dewatering of potash feldspar products. In the traditional production process, it always uses pressure filter to deal with this kind of materials during the dewatering process of potash feldspar products. But this kind of production technical has large energy consumption, lower working efficiency and higher water content. While if users adopt dewatering screen to deal with potash feldspar, it can improve the production efficiency greatly, also can reduce energy consumption and floor space.

Dewatering screens have a wide variety of application including dewatering, desliming, degritting, rinsing, scrubbing and washing. It is made up of screen cloth, vibration exciter, supporting system and motor. Materials such as sand, gravel, crushed aggregates, frac sand, industrial sands, mineral sands, hard rock, precious metals, coal, iron ore, salt and other granular materials which can be processed through a dewatering screen.

To dewater material effectively, damp material is feed onto a steep, downward inclined screen surface at the feed end of the Dewatering Screen to achieve rapid drainage. A pool of water begins to form in the valley as material builds up on the slightly upward inclined surface. Counter rotating motors create a linear motion, driving solids uphill, while liquid drains through the screen media. The uphill slope of the screen, along with a discharge weir, creates a deep bed that acts as a filter medium, allowing retention of material much finer than the screen openings.
When the two vibrating motor that installed vertically on the coal dewatering screen rotate relatively, the eccentric block of two vibrating motors produce rated excitation force. The horizontal excitation force cancel each other out, the vertical excitation force is transported to the whole screen surface through the body mass vibration.
