No matter vibrating screen or belt conveyor, once they work with other corollary equipment, the joint parts are pretty crucial, the common one is hopper, it is not only because it can store material, but also can reduce the impact to screen mesh when feeding material, and increase the service life. In order to control the feeding rate of hopper uniformly, a electric or a manual gate valve can be added at the bottom of hopper, or a silo vibrator (we call it vibration hopper) to feed the material more uniform or vibratory feeder machine.
For example, one of our customers want a tilt screw conveyor, due to the small capacity, it needs to feed material to conveyor directly, we recommend placing a hopper on the screw conveyor in the purpose of storing material in order to ensure continuous working of screw conveyor and transmission efficiency of the screw conveyor.
During the use of conveying equipment, in order to improve the production efficiency of the conveying and screening equipment), it is necessary to put a hopper above the equipment. This will reduce the worker's labor intensity, the number of workers, the cost production line.

Difference between ultrasonic vibration sieve and ordinary rotary vibrating screen

Compared with rotary vibrating screen, ultrasonic vibration sieve is equipped with a ultrasonic generator, with self-cleaning function ,the mesh is not easy to block, it is no need to add bouncing balls and other anti blockage device. Ultrasonic vibrating screen is particularly suitable for screening fine powder and light weight material with mesh size larger than 300 mesh.

 

Ultrasonic screening system is composed of ultrasonic resonant power supply, oscillator and resonance ring. The ultrasonic resonant powder supply will generate longitudinal oscillating wave which will transmit to the resonance ring to produce a resonance, and then the vibration will be transmitted to the screen mesh evenly through the resonance ring. While material on the screen mesh does three dimensional vibration movement in the low-frequency, it will overlap the ultrasonic vibration which can prevent the mesh plug and improve the screening yield and screening quality.
The performance characteristics of ultrasonic vibrating screen: it can sieve the heavy, light, ultra-fine, strong adsorption powder (almost all of the powder is effective) that ordinary rotary vibrating screen can’t sieve. Compared with ordinary rotary vibrating screen, the material passing rate of ultrasonic vibrating screen will be increased by 50%-400%, the performance is as follows:
(1). Reduce screen mesh cleaning time;
(2). No pollution of powder that generated by bouncing ball and other auxiliary materials;
(3). Keep the screen mesh size, stable precision screening;
(4). Reduce the material stuck on screen mesh size;
(5). Reduce screening frequency.

What should We do to Use #Vibrating #Feeder Safely?

Are you obtaining the correct methods to operate the vibrating feeder safely? Following mentioned points are the matters users should notice during operation,we are sure you will benefit a lot!   Firstly, lubrication
Regular maintenance and overhaul are important means of extending the service life of the machine and ensuring the normal work, users should attach importance to it. For lubrication, users should pay attention to the following two points:
1.The machine adopts thin oil splash lubrication, the lubricant should be determined according to the use place, temperature conditions. General used oil is gear oil;
2.Make sure that the exciter in the thin oil is higher than the standard height (filling by joint bend), oil must be replaced every three to six months, when we change the oil, please use clean gasoline or kerosene to clean the oil tank, bearing raceway and gear surface. Secondly, we need to be aware of safety technology of the following points during use:
1. The machine operators should subject to security technology education;
2. Reinforce all the bolts to prevent the looseness in the operation process;
3. Often view the amplitude of the vibration motor, if it is unusual, immediately stop and repair.
4. When the vibrating feeder is running, it is forbidden to stand beside the machine, touch, adjust, clean or inspect the machine and so on;
5. Equipment should be grounded, wire should be reliably insulated, and packed in a snakeskin tube, we should often check whether the motor wiring wears and leaks of electricity.

How to Make Vibrating Screen Look Clean without Stainless Steel?

Stainless steel vibrating screen will become matt if they are used for a long time, when screening materials with chemical reactions (such as corrosion) ,there would be a passivation film on the surface, it will exist steadily as a shape of the oxide in the nature. In other words, though stainless steel working conditions and oxidation are not the same, they will be oxidized in the end, this phenomenon is often called corrosion. The metal which is exposed in the corrosive environment, it will produce electro-chemical or chemical reaction on the surface of metal, even corrode. Corrosion resistance abilities of vibrating sieve passivation film are weak, due to stress caused by pitting corrosion reactions, it will generate small holes, coupled with the approach of chloridion, it will form a strong corrosive solution, which will accelerate the corrosion reaction rate, as well as the corrosion cracking inside the vibrating sieve, all of these will have a destructive effect on the surface of the stainless steel vibrating screen .
Therefore, stainless steel surface needs cleaning and maintenance punctually, especially in the corrosive environment to ensure its beautiful surface and extend the use life. It is necessary to pay more attention to not scratch the surface during cleaning, and please avoid cleaning the surface by using liquid bleaching composition or abrasives, steel wool and abrasive stuff, in order to clean up the washing liquid, please clean it with water again after finishing scrubbing the surface.
